You will need a reliable computer or laptop, headphones and a stable internet connection which at a minimum has the ability to run Zoom easily.
No, all teaching material, including sample papers, completed worksheets, extra worksheets, notes and homework, is included in the fee.
The lessons take place in Zoom, and where appropriate using the Off2Class teaching platform. Zoom can be downloaded at the following link: https://zoom.us/support/download
Yes, you can choose 5-lesson bundles for General English. For Exam Preparation, you can choose particular modules (Speaking, Reading, etc.) or the entire course.
Currently we only support payment via Paypal, but we are working towards offering other payment methods. This payment must be made prior to the start date of the course you have booked. A PayPal payment link will be emailed to you once you have confirmed your booking.
At present only one-to-one lessons are offered for both General English and Exam preparation.
Yes, once you have made a booking and sent your payment, we will send you a free placement test to check your proficiency level.

Yes, we offer a 5% discount if you book 20 lessons or more for General English, and if you book the entire course for Exam Preparation.
